As all of our items are made to order and personalised, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault
  • Colour or layout variations may occur due to the personalised nature of our products
  • We are unable to accept returns on personalised items unless they arrive damaged
